Everything fell into place for them in the last few months and it started to look like it was written, along with their serious advantage of only having one game a week and the extra motivation brought about by the Hillsborough anniversary - I had accepted they'd do it. They still might, of course, but if City get the job done as you'd expect, it could be a long time before the Scousers have as good an opportunity to win it again. That's what makes it so funny! 😆
Think that'll be Gerrard about done as well. He already looks a right prat after his shouting and hollering last week, if it's his terrible mistake that ultimately costs them and then, to compound it further, he goes into next season knackered and disappointed after the World Cup - he'll be all but done.
