Was just reading what the Pool fans thought on RAWK ... not too much more chest-beating on how terribly mistreated King Kenny has been. Guess they're cautiously positive.
The thing that stuck was out how much they rate Henderson, which is really bizarre. Someone said something like "Henderson will struggle to stop his brilliance from exploding all over the PL next season" ... 😆
If I set up a club I'd never create a role called Director of Football, unless the individual that held it was a toothless figurehead. If it's an operational role focused on fixing deals a la Comolli, it should have a more modest title and scope, or at least one that doesn't explicitly relate to football in a way that's almost guaranteed to provoke the manager.
