I've heard that kind of community investment (even Drayton Park station) is likely to factor into any authorised expansion. Thats the kind of stuff that could be good to keep in mind, to plan out and commission first, building up to the direct costs.
Given a drawn out absence from the Champions league and that a top-tier side nailed down with contracts covering their prime has been assembled, I am not sure I could see demand abating. You may have a better idea attending more frequently. I just think our club support is massive and I wonder if expansion could allow more people to watch Arsenal especially if planned in more equitable terms. Definitely backfire effects to consider though, and not sure this area can take on more mass movement (even apart from TfL beefing) without losing character or causing nuisance. Think expansion by even 4,000+ can add 10s of million to total seasonal match day revenue
