Yep. He looked in top form. Could easily have had a fantastic assist for Theo in the first two minutes and then he played an amazing pass to set up Akpom's penalty. His touch was immaculate all game. You could tell he was gutted to come off because he was hungry for a goal.

Thought he lost the ball unnecessary a couple of times, but other than that I agree completely. He was great today. Love seeing him and Coquelin in midfield together, so full of running.

In all the fascination today of Ozil's goal & assits and Bellerins beast performance, Santi quietly went on getting a goal and 2 assists.. someone said it before, i cant remember when we've had this many players actually ON form at one time in the side. Giroud is playing well. santi is playing well. Coquelin is playing well. Ospina is playing well. bellerin & Monreal are playing well. Sanchez is playing well. Theo & Ozil are playing themselves back into form. Ramsey shows spots of playing into form (he's further off form than many though), even Merts & Kos are getting back into form. To say nothing about Rozza playing well and Akpom getting a number of minutes (and while not scoring, he's not playing poorly).

Lets keep this shit going.

@US Might have been me. Basically the only starters we've got whose form is a bit iffy are the centre halves.

We have some notable absences like Arteta and Wilshere, but frankly, we've got them covered. Everyone else is fit and firing. It's very unusual for things to be this way at this stage of the season. Fingers crossed it stays this way, because we'll roll over a few teams who haven't been so lucky.

Didn't get to watch from Paris but Great stuff, things really are starting to take shape. Shame it took so long as we probably could have put I'm a title challenge otherwise.

Good to hear Bellerin is doing great but I really don't get the Debuchy hate, he's no prodigy but he's done more than well enough when he's managed to get on the pitch.

not sure if the Debuchy hate is real or just tongue in cheek.. i thought he played well at the beginning of the season, and even in his come back, he wasnt that bad for the most part.

US, the Debuchy hate is very real. He was dismissed before he started and has never won the confidence of many of our fans. I think that he and Bellerin represent an excellent package. Jenkinson should stay at West Ham - that's his level.

Another understrength Southampton squad. Swansea need to do a job

By the way, I'm not sure if it's actually true but that goal feels like the first 1v1 chance Giroud hasn't missed.
