Ozil screwed Ozil.
Whether it is or not, if I blamed Arteta for keeping me out if the team, and turning me into a scapegoat, I'd be firing back each and every opportunity I got.
He was frozen out by both Arteta and Emery while Ljungberg banned him for one of the few matches he was in charge for being unprofessional. Pretty sure it was an Özil issue.
You missed the first 9 words of my post Quincy.
Not related to an Arsenal player, but Emery's Villareal had a typical Emery @ Arsenal game. 2 SoG against Atletico Madrid and gave away the win with the worst OG of all time in the 5th minute of injury time 😆
Can't even laugh whole heartedly at that given the clown in charge of our affairs now though.

To be fair he's firing at Arteta not Arsenal.

They were leading away at the champions until the 95th minute, regardless of what our clown is doing that's nothing to laugh at. Atletico were extremely wasteful in the first half but Emery and his team did very well to be in that position in the first place. Own goal was one of the worst I've ever seen though

He's still a horrible little shit.
Love Ozil , our fortunes went downhill the minute Emery and Arteta decided he was not needed and that we should play a different kind of anti-football.
Our fortunes went downhill the minute we gave him that last contract. Biggest mistake the club made in the last few years.
Özil? I hate the word.

yup, the biggest and not just the last few years, the biggest since wenger came on board.
wilshere coming back (to train with the team?)
Good lad Jack.
Henri, you dirty bastard! I can't believe the ref didn't send him off. 😆
In all seriousness, he has made some very bad tackles down the years that I've seen going around because they were that bad. He's a bit of a maniac, anger issues...

Anelka on what coaches he wants to emulate
I’ll take after my former coaches – Carlo Ancelotti for his man-management, Antonio Conte for his tactics and repeating moves, Arsène Wenger for his counter-attacking, and most of all Sam Allardyce for his ability to get the best out of each player.
To be fair to him he played under Wenger some 25 years ago but still funny attributions he's making there.

Just realised Fred Moten namechecked Thierry in his poem "Fugitivity is immanent to the thing but is manifest transversally" …
