Tbh I'm not sure why we haven't heard a hoot out of the Soton players remaining yet. You can't possibly just sit by and look at 8 of your best team mates sold without feeling something awful.
It is not their job to speak about that. I would even go as far as saying that it is their damn responsibility to NOT speak in a way that is negative for their club. Personally, I think Schneiderlin was very wrong in saying what he did. I'd hate for any Arsenal player to say something like that, because it isn't professional IMO.

Got a right to be pissed anyway. Forcing him to stay after selling half their first team! If we had that sort of fire sale at least three or four of our remaining players would brief the press directly about how upset they were.
Southampton will sell. They've shown this summer that anyone is for sale. They probably just want more money for him.
He'll be more likely to be sold after this outburst though it may come down to a deadline day deal.
Hope they extact it from Spurs and not us then. There are better players to be pursued if we're planning on spending another £25m plus.
