This week will be huge for LFC's top4 challenge.
They are the form team in the PL for this calendar year & if they beat both Swansea and ManU they will go above ManU into 4th. A loss will see a gap open to 5th place.
I'm not yet convinced ManU will regain top4, and they've still got to play LFC, Citeh, CFC and us.
Citeh's CL clash outcome v Barca could have either a positive or negative impact on their league form. A good result could see them lift but they look out of confidence and the cracks are showing. Kompany is losing it, Yaya is likely to jump ship in the summer, and Pellegrini likely needs to challenge CFC for the title to retain his position. That said it is possible for them to collapse and finish outside top4.
CFC also have the wobbles atm and are looking flat with games remaining v ManU, AFC and LFC.
They should have enough to limp over the line as they can concentrate on the league.
We are the 2nd form team for this year and have remaining games v LFC, CFC and ManU.
Win those and we will see how the season unfolds. A positive performance v Monaco is imperative, regardless of the result of the game and tie.
