Squad is all wrong. We have a couple of injuries, but the balance is all wrong. This after spending more than £100 mill net in the last two summers. Wenger has to go. I think we might see that at the end of the season if this were to continue. IG and the Board seem to be slowly settling in and developing the chops for it - the way they have been pushing all the responsibility on Wenger; Sir Chips saying that if Wenger doesn't have plan, they live with it - I think we could see something come May, but it's probably overoptimistic.
