No, they mentioned Arsenal had submitted paperwork to the PL that Welbeck deal was reasonably close to be done.
Don't know why everyone always gets so worked up, Falcao and Welbeck are a done deal fellas, it's just the formalities. Loads of deals get confirmed well after the deadline has passed.
I can't believe we're doing our business the same way every year. Two minutes before deadline. It's embarrassing.

Everyone's worked up because the Falcao deal should be the other way around , with Danny Wellbeck at United and Falcao playing for us.
