If Wenger doesn't want a defensive minded CM after seeing Flamini play like shit and Arteta roll from injury to legless performance than I just don't know what he is doing.

Then again we have 2 CBs and a RB and LB as backup options. Plus a 21 year old striker without a competitive top league goal to his name as his second choice CF.

Main reason i'm on board the Welbeck train is because i reckon United are terrible at developing players and getting the best out of them. Most famous example is Kagawa but it applies to varying degrees to their entire squad.
