Shame, I'm really not big on Welbeck. That being said, he'd be a big improvement on Sanogo and can probably cover what Giroud does for us.
Wellbeck is ok. Its a failure not to do better but he's better than nothing (aka Sanogo).

I'd actually be pretty happy with Welbeck... He's a much, much, better player than people give him credit for, his development at United was 'killed' by RVP. We definitely won't get any better for the next 12 months.
20 goals in 90 apps for United. Sanogo would be proud of that.
