We should be trying to build a strong connected side that understands each others games and who love and will fight each other and the club, not waste money and time on some blow in mercenary who has no incentive to try his hardest, he knows where he will be going in a years time and owes no loyalty to us like some sort of SuperGallas.

No, it's not happening. Many of the top South/ Latin American players know/associate with one another and Falcao probably spent time with them in London during the Emirates Cup.

I would agree in most cases but this season it's either that or an injured Giroud and Sanogo for the rest of the year.

We need a Falcao type player much more than we needed a Sanchez type player, as good as Alexis is. Same thing with Ozil last summer too

Does anyone honestly and sincerely think that this will happen? I can't see it personally.

Best we can hope for in terms of an attacker is a wideman like Reus or Cerci imo.
