You're only 2 points behind me and I was 1st after round 1. Missing 1 week was nothing, only takes a couple of good rounds to shoot up the table.

Missing one week completely was big though. Because of it, I am well off the pace instead of in some sort of contention. Even with only a 30 point first week I'd be in a lot better shape.

Yeah but you get to see everyone play on week one. Your team no doubt would have been very different if you hadn't.

Next year I might just go fucking mad with transfers on week one and disregard what they cost. I've seen guys come into the game on GW2 and do really well quite a few times now.

Taking a transfer penalty hit after round 1 to achieve better results long term might well be worth it qs, its a viable tactic.

I have a pretty decent start so far, top of the league until tonight when Mohan will most likely take over. Not having Sterling in the team might prove costly though, need to find a way to bring him in ASAP.

I can't afford getting Sterling either unless I get rid of someone I really, really don't want to get rid of. It helps me to accept this fact knowing Sterling seems a right git IRL. 🙂
