Typical Liverpool fixture. It looks like it's exciting at first glance because there's so much hysterical running around, but not much is actually happening at the business ends of the pitch.
I like Blind. He doesn't excel at anything really, but he has a lot of quality all across the spectrum.
Liverpool run around a lot. If a team can pass around them quickly they are really open with that 3 man backline.
Also, teams sometime play into their hands by trying to match their tempo. It's hard to do. United have approached this game well.
United is very clever, they are getting behind all the central areas left by Allen and Henderson, instead of playing through the wings where one would assume 343 is weak at.
Liverpool is all about the high pressing, once you escape it they are easy to deal with. Have to say United have dealt with it better than at any point this season, pressing their backline has been their achilles heel early in the season.
