Agree with most of that, MD. Though, I'd say is he's a very clever and very sly man.
I watched the whole Goals on Sundays interview and I enjoyed it, not because he's particularly insightful or intelligent, but because you get the feeling that on a whim he will rip into anyone the interviewer moves into his crosshair, or anyone even remotely related to the subject at hand if it suits his agenda. It's similar to watching Roy Keane do half time analysis or get asked a question about old red nose. Although, I suspect Roy Keane is more honest than Jose.
He made himself look a complete an utter prat when he steadfastly refused to accept Ben Shepherd's assertion that luck evens itself out over the course of a season. He looked them in the eye and swore blind that his team had only had one decision go for them all sreason - a Gary Cahill hand ball against Liverpool in the last minute where a penalty wasn't given - he's off his fucking rocker. Seriously. He's not even playing a game on this one, well, maybe to an extent; all the whining and resulting press coverage will only help him and he knows it, but he actually is deluded to such a degree that he believes what he's saying and that there is some sort of grand conspiracy against him.
