Sneezey was better than De Gea last season. He has not been poor this season either, and certainly 'won' us a few points too.
United could win the league, and our lot will still think they are shit. Hell, that's exactly what happened in the post-Ronaldo era.
They are favourites for third. I just hope we can put a consistent team out until the end of the season.

He won't.
He can a solid dependable keeper, but we've had better throughout our history.

It's not just "our lot" though. Everyone thinks they're shit. And rightly so.
De Gea is just on a good run of form, with confidence high, he's a good keeper but nowhere near the hype he's recieving.

I agree. Thought there was nothing between him and our number 1 but over the last 12-18 months I actually think the Spainard is actually better.
I think he's certainly been better this season, remains to be seen whether or not he can maintain it. Szczesny has had his share of peaks too. Folks were raving about Mingolet this time last year.

Sneezey had a big part in us leading the league as long as we did last season IMO. He was certainly a lot better than De Gea. In my opinion only Peter Cech was better than Sneezey last season.
