I'd say Liverpool are half the team without Suarez and Sturridge but I don't think they're even that. They've lost 80% of their goal threat.

Barring a string of injuries I can't see Chelsea dropping too many points.

Liverpool are a perfect example of how the selection of players and their quality are far away the most important factors regarding performances. Formation, coaching and tactics are not half as important.

It's amazing that he even wanted to improve upon Cech. That's the thing about the very top teams. No-one is irreplaceable. We've got too much of a small time mentality regarding our players. Nobody wants to lose any of them.

Welbeck is 23, Costa is 27 if I remember correctly. Age and experience makes a lot of difference.

Not really. Curtois was already a Chelsea player.

And pretty much veryone here has players they're happy to lose. And Chelsea kept Cech.

Yep, you got it, away to us at the Emirates.

For once I wasn't talking down Mourinho - I do credit him for getting exactly what Chelsea needed over the transfer windows last January and this summer.
Unlike our Weng who decided to semi complete the job.

We are not due anything. We haven't deserved a win against his teams in a while and hence, we haven't got them. Simple as.

I wasn't talking about "deserving" a win, deserving assumes that the stronger team always wins, that's not always the case and personally I think we are due a win, solely based on the notion that our run of draws / defeats against them won't carry on into infinity.
