Agree on all three, although Lallanas 'worth' is whatever Liverpool is willing to pay. Same with Shaw - he is never worth £30m, but yet Utd was willing to pay so its not that controversial - just them being desparate and stupid. Like Liverpool with Carroll etc.

But i definately agree with Messi, just said this myself a few days ago - never been less intrested and entertained by a "worlds best player".

Agree on Giggs. A legend for his longevity of course, but at no point in his career was he the top player even in his position in the league.

Kami has it right; in his pomp Giggs was fighting it out with Pires as the best winger in the league, and many neutrals would have Giggs ahead.

Agree on Giggs; incredibly hot and cold player. Never close to being the best player in the League.

Paul Scholes, whilst a genius on his day, was also incredibly hot and cold. Months of nothingness in just about every season.

I have the same feeling with Wilshere. Not sure he will make it as '10', not sure he has enough defensive quality in him to excel in 'Arteta role' and B2B is oocupied by Ramsey. Best i can see him do is be a very good squad player.

Abou Diaby vs Tomas Rosicky. Two injury prone midfielders with debatable and inconsistent output who tend to turn the ball over trying to carry play forward—the first is thought of as clueless and lazy, the latter hard-working and progressive.
