Can see USA winning this. Belgium have been struggling to score in each game and have looked ordinary in the easiest group, and USA have been reasonably difficult to break down. Reckon this one will go to penalties.

Hope the US win. Belgium would have struggled to come out of a stronger group. They were really bigged up because of all the individual talent at their disposal.

Think this has the making of a great game - evenly balanced midfield should ensure both teams have plenty of the ball, and opportunities to create chances. Thinking that the USA will need to score 2+ goals to win this as surely Belgium will score. The concern then, is whether Demspey can overcome Kompany man marking him....not sure he can and so it will come down to set pieces and other players getting involved.

Hoping to see Bradley step the fuck up - he's been poor to date this WC.

I just assumed everyone was rooting for the USA. The Belgians have largely been disappointing too while the Americans have been plucky, hard working and courageous.
