This really shows that he needs rest in order to be effective, I think he'll be an excellent backup.
Well you'd better learn to appreciate him because he will remain our main striker.
Don't think there have been any world beating standout performances
Sign of the times
Pace Dules, its just warming up nicely, now that some of the rubbish teams have been cleaned out.
The shit in the shoe ones got cleaned out in the qualifiers
That Enner Valencia bloke has put up some impressive numbers at international level.
And club level too!
The Argies have some bloke called Messi. Looks half decent.
He was pretty rubbish though.
Pjanic
Don't like him at all. Bosnia were piss poor this game.

I thought he was one of a few bright players they had.
Mertens has looked good for Belgium.
So so.
No stand out player. Dempsey probably will get the award
Paul Aguilar, Ivan Perisic, Hector Herrera (who is going to be a top centre mid)
Obvious stand out players so far have been Robben and Neymar
Robben, Benzema and Neymar have been the best players so far. Especially Robben who has been stunning.
I'm normally very hard on Robben due to his selfishness and arrogance - but he's been immense this tourney.
Caught the eye? Suarez of course.
