That's because they keep changing it. Where was this rule when jason roberts knocked us out

Edit: just seen y va's post. Explains why the bookies odds are heavily in favour of Chelsea then.

Even so liverpool should force ET. Chelsea really don't want to play it given their game on the weekend.
