The problem was never that he left for trophies or money anyway, it was that he left for a direct rival.
I didn't even mind him (or anyone else) joining Man City. They were better placed to win trophies, wouldn't involve a significant upheaval, not traditional rivals and more money. And, unlike Fabregas, Nasri didn't go on strike and was willing to see out his contract.
Unfortunately he went to City and starting mouthing off every few months at the start.
