I'm taking it one game at a time. I've been hugely surprised at how well we've done, but our defence is still shit and if things don't go our way we could easily go out in the next round. Robben and Van Persie are on fire though, so I think we have a chance against any team that's still in it. Very impressive what Van Gaal has done with this squad.

Yeah Holland can go all the way just as easily as they could be knocked out by a far inferior team. But that's the way this World Cup has looked thus far in general. The Dutch have always been a team I've liked and followed but with RVP leading the line I'm finding it a little difficult at the moment.

Oh and Robben is something else. A complete twat, obviously, but just a danger the whole 90 minutes. A complete nightmare to play against for defenders. I'm not sure there is anyone worse. Somehow seems to be speeding up as he ages too. 😆

I think the Dutch defense was very solid against Chile, and they have a proper attacking threat too.
