By the same token there were plenty of games where we took more points than we had a right to, though. It all boils down to the simple fact that you can't always win when you're playing badly.
That's true, but then again if we set up more intelligently in big games, we will still be top now. Assuming we go all out defensive and gain away draws.
Our lack of quality more shown by the fact that we can't win a single home match against City, United, Everton and Chelsea.
