Fabianksi to Swansea never made sense to me unless he had been assured Vorm was leaving. He may aswell have stayed here and earned more if he was going to be number 2 again. Similarly, doesn't seem to make much sense Vorm going from being a Premiership number 1 to number 2 at Spurs so presumably he's been told Lloris is on the way out.
