Our club and past players, as recently as Henry, have always shown Liverpool respect. But while they're not as rotten as Chelsea they've never returned the same level of respect. They are a proper club with brilliant history and tradition, but they do love themselves a nice little drama where they can play the victim. How a £40m (+£1 Oh my fookkking got, the sheek of it, 24 yiirs after Hillsbra how fookkking der they?) caused so much offence, I really don't know.
Anyway, Suarez gone and while their record without him might've been decent for a while they won't replace that ability. Sturridge is a good player but nothing more and we'll definitely see his numbers fall. They don't understand why top players don't want to join them. It's because they only way is down for them now and they won't finish in the CL places with Man Utd strengthening.
