That is one advantage of the cash we have but we have to use it wisely. We got a £20mill+ player in Cazorla for £12mill paying all upfront and the vast majority of teams won't put the money upfront because they either don't have it and also it messes up a lot of their other transfer plans.

We should never just blindly hand over the cash unless it is a bargain. Ozil was available for £42mill and it was a no brainer imo. Draxler looks a top prospect but this £35mill price tag on his head looks steep from what I've read, negotiations are apart of football and I'll trust our scouts on this. We like other clubs activated Hazards buy out clause and if Wenger wants Draxler that bad and there is a threat someone could take him I don't think he'll hesitate to do it again.
