Is Griezmann realistic? I don't rate him that highly but he'd be a big commercial coup and he will replace Alexis' goals.

United, Chelsea, City, PSG and Barcelona don't need him. Atletico are getting Costa. Put in a big bid in Jan.

It is realistic in terms of our financial means. We can definitely afford him.

I think we should go for Griezmann too. We need at least one proven goalscorer to replace Sanchez, and AG looks like he wants out. There will never be another summer with as little competition to sign him.

There will always be competition for Griezmann. He’s too amazing a player. Chelsea can always improve their options up front. United can still trade up in attack and pair Lukaku with Griezmann. Bayern could do a squad refresh with Ribery and Robben ageing, and Mueller sometimes being out of favor. We would not be favorites to land Griezmann, especially with our negotiating team. You saw how he played United last season.

Somehwere between scouting and buying, something is ammiss. Xhaka, El Neny, etc have just been money down the drain

Anyway, Jorginho is so 2013. Many wishlisted him and Allan back then, but as usual Wenger is slow at spotting a talent.

Just offer 80m to Lyon for Fekir and Aouar before the rest of the world sits up and take notice. The latter is probably the best midfielder on the ball I have seen at this age for a while. It is also imperative we get 2 direct wingers with pace and power on the flanks. Sick of all these weaklings. Might even take a punt on El Sharaawy.

Been thinking the same for a while re Fekir and Aouar. Replace Özil with the former and we're immediately 5x the outfit we currently are, insane how good he still is after his ACL injury. The latter seems destined for greatness, would be surprised if they sold him already though
