Cabaye is okay, but getting on abit. Will be like a Debuchy signing, solid but nothing special. Very much prefer someone more longterm and younger.

Agree on Ospina. We never gave him any chance but he is quietly going about on his job.

Cabaye would've been nice when he we bid for him 2 years ago.

Now he's nearly 30 and would be a filler. The only midfield signing that we need is a DM who can play as a sole defensive midfielder and also pass the ball a bit as part of a double base with Coq.

Morgan Schneiderlin, Javi Martinez etc.

I really hope we take a close look at Dani Parejo at Valencia. Very good all-around central midfielder whose contract is up in 2016. He could play with or alongside Ramsey depending on our set-up. A sure passer with enough bite and drive to play in Ramsey's position if we need him there. I'm assuming Wilshere's future is out wide btw.

Based on what. Wilshere doesn't create or score enough nor does any defensive work to merit a place in the wing.

Irrespective of wether that happens or not we have enough technical players. If we get rid of all those the player we need after addressing gaps like DM is a winger forward, back-up GK.

Bale would be complicated. If he's not an arsehole, he'll consider the feelings of Spurs fans. They loved him once. Plus I think Dick Law will need to present 60m pounds just to be allowed at the table.

I'd throw £60m at Bale. Much rather that than whatever ridiculous sum Liverpool will want for Sterling.

A good replacement at LB could be Jetro Willems, slightly Alaba-esque. I'd prefer Bale over Reus, either would be brilliant though, De Bruyne/Fekir would be good as well.

bale would be the ideal left wing signing. he's a hyper impact player who we know can dick on most of the premier league. the years of grief we could give spurs makes it even more worth it

He's been great this season. Still very young. Gone off the big clubs radar since making his debut in the world cup but he is now back in top form. Worth a look definitely.

It really isn't a comparison. Bale would come here and be our best player from day 1. And his price would reflect that. Not happening

Bale's game is getting shown up at R.Madrid big time, while he may not be capable of the spectacular like Bale Reus has a far superior all round game. Movement, passing and general link play, that part of Bale's game needs a lot of work.
