Wonder if Monaco's owners have lost interest or just want to come in line with FFP. They haven't reinvested the James Rodriguez money its been to quiet around there. Falcao has been linked with lots of moves. They might be doing a Malaga and phasing the investment out. If so . . . .

Who is "semi-available" this window for us?

Benzema? Falcao is surely going to Madrid, did Benz sign that extension, knowing he would be a backup?
Llorente? Juventus surely has other options available out of their hunders of players and couldnt resist any half decent bid maybe?
Higuain? What if Napoli fail to qualify for CL group stage tomorrow? Maybe he has some sort of a clause for that? Napoli is not unfortunately in financial trouble though.
Torres? Is definitely leaving Chelsea, but they wouldnt even loan us Ba last summer. Doubt they would sell him to us. Reportedly he is almost a Milan player.
Jackson Martinez? 3rd party and astronomical fee required im afraid.

I am ruling out Falcao and Cavani right now, because they fly one class above us.
