If this was the first time he brought this up, you would be right to ask this question. Wenger has said several times that he thinks there should be no january window. But of course, when there is one, he can't boycott it while the other teams have that advantage. That's what he's saying now as well - Chelsea play by the rules, but he feels the rules need to change.
What Mourinho did (sell Mata after United and Chelsea have played against each other, while United has yet to meet Arsenal and City twice) is clever, but shouldn't be possible. Also don't see the comparison with Draxler signing for us.
