If you have great attacking full backs then the diamond is the way to go.
Trouble is when you come up with a team who have strong wide front men who can pin them back
Naz has the best team (after me)
Tims team looks strong
GF has an excellent team, Boss has a really good and interesting team.
I'm not liking the diamonds personally.

Agree with that. Perhaps using some of the original ideas like 11 different nationalities or only 1 player per club next time, or maybe a Champions League draft or something different.
