question, PL players on loan in another league qualify for the draft?
If they've been out on loan since the start of the season no.

Still qualify unless they've been out on loan since the start of the season
13th pick but ended up with one of the best and most influential players in the league. Can't complain.
Did you intentionally choke then Arms?
Nah i'll be able to pick up a class keeper in round 2, no big deal
Can't believe nobody has picked up the best left back in country so far. shocking drafting.

Won't be long if I've got any say in the matter
Kompany isn't the best CB in the PL. Shit pick IMO.
He is the best CB in previous seasons, but certainly not this season. Injuries plague as well.
Midfield is gonna be where this is won or lost
Need a leader in there.
Rest is just fluff
also, if a player is currently injured, does that impact judging? if rooney breaks his leg tmrw, then do you get a zero from your striker? or do you judge based on a player's usual health? eg, even if diaby were healthy right now, one might assume he'd normally be hurt.
Usual health/form.
Short term form or injuries don't come into it. Just rate the players like you normally would.
Assume the player is fit and available
Slim pickings in this draft.
Indeed. Shows how lacking the prem is for all the money flying about.
given how the talent happens to be spread around, the teams with an earlier pick in round 1 are better off, imo.
You do know that performances from 2006 don't count, right Kami?
Jeebus, Kami! Stevie G?!
haha i know. he's old, but he's a leader, still good playing in a deeper role, has 6 assists, and you know he can score if a chance falls to him.
i changed my post twice, i'll say for who after my next pick, as i'm certain he'll be picked by then.
