Today my feeling's that Wenger's playing a waiting game this transfer window, he's not desperate to sign a striker, grrrrrrr, so he's waiting for some malcontent to signal that he wants to join us from his current club. If he's German he'll get Per to call next week sometime.

He will most likely play Matic and Mikel/Ramires, with Hazard Willian Oscar and a striker in front .
Oscar can be that third CM.
Can't see them going to 433 regularly. It'll be two of Matic/Lampard/Ramires with Hazard-Oscar-Willian ahead. And yes, Matic is good. Better than Arteta. Not sure he's going to play that role though.

Some engine he's got. Played more matches than any top level player in world football the last year and a half, two years. He's not had an off season in 2 or 3 years.
He's tactically very switched on too. Did a job on Arteta early in his first season. But playing him deeper as a genuine centre mid would be a complete waste imo.

Before the window started i thought we would most definately get 2-3 players in. I still think we are looking to get atleast 2 if not more. Its just about who IMO
