Saw that after I made the post. Hope Jazz is wrong...
International bore break nov 13
Ramsey plays tonight, and I doubt he'll play the full 90 in a friendly. He'll be fresh for Soton.
Germany's new kit is pretty class, but I'm not a fan of FIFA's new rules about uniforms. Germany need to have black shorts and they don't. Neither will Argentina. Spain won't have their usual blue shorts.
Ramsey not playing for Wales v Finland tonight. Out with the flu.
Did everyone get flu?
Ramsey/Arteta/Özil were all definitely under the weather against United.
So far the flu count is: Per, Rosicky, Gibbs, Arteta, Gnabry, Özil, Bendtner, Ramsey then.
Nigeria defeats Ethiopia 2-0 and is through to the mundial.
Whoop de fucking whoop.
We're shit, but we'll be there!

Never known such a lame country
Why do you hate France?
Footballistically they've won more than us. We have a backbone but we don't really know how to play effectively. France now is like us in 2007/08.
When I was in America I was talking to an American who had never been to Europe except Portugal where his wife was from. He didn't want to visit France or Germany. Germany because of the War and France because he thought it was lame as "they lose all their wars".
It not because they are rubbish and weak in war it's because of their horrible attitude. Shy of a good days work, and think they are stylish yet the smell
seems we are lacking some quality in the immune system. might have to start wearing those doctors masks like they do in japan.
Wassup with the skin tight shirts of these African players
Cazorla scores
Equatorial Guinea actually playing some decent stuff.

Seems uncomfortable, dunno, maybe not.
Honduras are just hacking into neymar full time
The Brazil fifth goal...oh man
Imagine having a striker capable of dribbling and creating space through his own work instead of Giroud:
Is it Remy breaking forward in those gifs?
Balotelli

Precisely why we should give Liverpool whatever they ask for the biter.
We could just go for the guy in your gifs...

What are the new rules?
Drogba's impressive goal line clearance against Senegal - from the limited amount I've seen it's the best moment of this International break.
Hope wilshere plays 90 in the week
Needs to get match fit
Brazil scored a few nice goals against Honduras, especially Hulk's goal.
Must check them out then
Hodgson on Wilshere
"It was always going to be tough for him to come in and set the game alight in a game of that quality – but I wasn’t disappointed with him at all,”
“We are England. People want us to win. People want to see us play well and they expect us to do that,”
“We all accept that responsibility and I’m sure that Jack does as well and the thing that he has mentioned is that recently there’s been a lack of 90-minute match practice and he feels that he needs a few more games. But there’s going to be possibly 27 league games he might play before we go to Brazil. It’s not something that bothers me enormously in November. The question could be a relevant one at the end of April or beginning of May if he’s still not playing games.”
If his ankle is sorted out I've no doubt that he will work his way back into being an automatic starter.
However given the fairly constant niggles that he's been having it could be a while yet before he's completely injury free.

I just realised it too. Looked like it was France for some reason. I need to stop posting late at night.
Amazing game of football this, end to end stuff, slick football all round. Japan's 2nd goal and VDV's control/pass for Robben's goal is fantastic.
Not to mention the commentary Reminds me of the times when I used to play those Japanese ps1 games.
Tony Montana wrote:Volante wrote:Giroud is just so deficient technically. He hits simple 5 yards passes in the air.
Most Arsenal fans won't accept this oddly.
Honestly, despite the fact that we had a world class striker two years ago, I think the standards most fans set have dropped dramatically over the last several seasons. Not saying we lack quality, it's more that people find Giroud acceptable because he's scores a decent amount and has a good attitude.
I don't think he's as bad as some people make him out to be; he's merely a limited striker with just enough tools to keep a competitive team in the hunt. Is he good enough to be a main man on a title winning squad? Probably not. In that respect, he's one of the main reasons why I don't think we'll fail to win the title. All teams have flaws, but after 38 games, your points total usually reflects your top-to-bottom quality.
Mertesacker to start the game tomorrow, hopefully he is taken off at half time....

I don't, his problem isn't his match fitness but his ankle flaring up again. For the sake of a pointless friendly don't want that happening.
Koscielny booed at the Clairefontaine training ground.
Well, fuck them very much, then.
Embarrassing nation. Hope they don't qualify
Nigeria up 2 - 1 vs Italy at halftime.
Game being played at Craven Cottage. Looks like the Nigerian fans are having a wonderful night out.
Just watch the Cameroonian goals that beat Tunisia.
They must be the strongest African team, atm, as i saw Etoo, Keita, a few raw but decent players i haven't heard of and Assol Risotto.
As for France/Ukraine, i could not care less ...
Apparently this guy bossed Italy tonight:

Oy! The strongest African team are the African champions.
Those o-nazi's always have been a pain to the Italians
Going to the NZ-Mexico 2nd leg in Wellington tomorrow night. Shame it's all over already but still be good to see a quality international side like Mexico in the flesh in this country. Hopefully be a decent game.
Quite looking forward to the French match. Hopefully they'll talk about something else on the TV from tomorrow onwards...
