Khedira plays more in Ramsey's position than beside him.
Agreed, think we've been through this on the transfer threads. Can Khedira adapt to the role though? Ancelotti was playing him there early in the season. Fernandinho was quite a different player at Shakhtar with Hubschman sitting behind him but he's adapted pretty well for City.

I think he can adapt, but his torn ACL is a little worry though. Fernando from Porto would a good alternative option as well.
Funny thing is had Diaby not been so injury prone, he would have developed to be a good player that will fit Ramsey alongside.
I like Fernando of Porto, free agent too in january. We have never been linked with him though, so its abit far fetched.

What happened with Fernando? He seems to have gone completely off the radar but I rate him with the little I've seen of him.

Really doubt it. Diaby was a worse version of Ramsey at the best of times. He never had the intelligence to play in central midfield.

But he would have developed into the type of player that would run straight through that United midfield and nobody would catch him. He'd be a nightmare to play against.
Don't think that would make him more likely to play alongside Ramsey though.

Not a fan of Guarin but Matic would be a great signing.
Is lukaku that good ? I haven't seen loads of him but everton tend to use him as a impact sub so im just wondering if hes not consistent or something. He's gonna clash with Jose if chelsea bring in a top striker he could be the one. Our own drogba 🙂
