They probably have to actually draw up the contract, and then get the empowered people to sign. These things take a bit of time, even if they use the PL-template contract.

Have the same luck with injuries as we did last year - and we could challenge by signing a top player like Ozil. Everyone's a bit cack atm. They look good on paper but very little substance.
