I have no clue about what kind of agent Juan Mata Snr. is (does he represent only his son?), but his agency represents alot of players:

Chelsea close to Atsu according to Sky so Mata is surely on the way out. Don't see too many obvious places he'd go though. We'd probably be a good shout if we weren't so incompetent.

Chelsea won't sell to United unless they get Rooney in return. They can afford to keep Mata around and I don't believe he's on high wages either?

Baffling that he's not in Mourinho's plans though.

Reliably informed Juan Mata has told Chelsea he's no intention of going anywhere.

We can pretty much forget about this one. All things considered, it seems weird that Mourinho brought in Willian, although it probably had more to do with the Russian connection.
