In regards to the CL Man Utd will probably turn them over convincingly at their place, Greek teams usually are quite poor away from home so am expecting them to take a hammering

We laughed in 2004/05 when he was bought for 24 million. Even the broadsheets were very sceptical.

But he's a top top striker. He's what Giroud should be but isn't.

I don't remember anyone laughing, weren't we linked too?

Drogba was always dominant physically but his finishing was a joke in his first two seasons. It came on leaps and bounds though. Unfortunately, I just don't see that happening with Giroud whose lack of pace is a major issue too.

Great goal by Bale, good footwork but weak challenges by the Schalke defender.

Benzema has looked very good as well for R.Madrid. If he is available we should be all over that, really has looked a lot better this season for R.Madrid. Going into his last year of his contract as well

Meyer has shown some nice touches as well, looks a good player in the making.
