Anyway, i don't deny that the kid has talent. But i do think you're both way wide of the mark in terms of thinking of him as some misunderstood genius who just needs an arm round his shoulder. My opinion and time will no doubt tell.

No, but I've seen him stroll around the pitch without feeling like digging in while we were losing. The rest is just me and you assigning emotions to performances. It doesn't mean anything to be honest. I think Balotelli cares as much as any other player about winning. He wouldn't play at top level otherwise.

Appears to me that Balotelli expects the game to serve him.
He's a bit of an outsider and I think he'd have a negative,disruptive influence on our team which, apart from Bendtner, is devoid of any ego first team second type characters.

That's cool Klaus, but as a football fan and player of some 30+ years i reserve the right to interpret performances as i see them.

As i said the other day, i think Balotelli is without substance. No heart. Pure poser, and that's why so many of his team mates end up turning on him. imo.

We all saw him play for Man City, Klaus.

The only outdated idea is that he just needs the right manager to put an arm round his shoulder and he'll be amazing.

You make it sound like as if he's been hidden away in Serie A for years 😆

Even then he's getting himself banned for 3 games after the final whistle, hardly turned over a new leaf.
