Ronaldo wasn't doing anything when real were losing, as soon as they scored one, he started doing his act, going bezerk at missing shots which weren't even that much of a chance.

I read a pretty good article the other week about how much Atletico means to him. Seems like the kind of manager who'd stay there for many years to come even if Chelsea or United came calling. They see him as Aragones' heir apparently.

I read a pretty good article the other week about how much Atletico means to him. Seems like the kind of manager who'd stay there for many years to come even if Chelsea or United came calling. They see him as Aragones' heir apparently.

Can't see him staying with them beyond a year.

Beg to differ, we have too many playmakers. We needed someone who can give us more outwide. Di Maria is a fantastic dribbler, he have pace and trickery, he have one of the best final crosses ever. Easy to say that now though on hindsight, at first I thought Ozil was the better signing too because he was the better player.

Yeah there's no telling how Di Maria would have worked. I agree we have a lot of playmakers but Di Maria could have had the same problems settling. His dribbling would lead to a lot of kickings in the premier league.

If there's a team he might leave for, I think its Inter. He loved his time there, the fans want him, and he even said it would be an honor to coach them.

He barely scores for a winger though. You can have one player like that but not two. Podolski and Walcott went early this season and we were already a bit toothless up front. Di Maria would have added to the problem rather than providing a solution in my opinion. Would have taken a lot of physical abuse from opponents too.

Have to agree with Klaus about Di Maria. He doesn't score enough, and his final passes would be wasted for Giroud. I think we need more of a Reus than Di Maria as a wide player.
