He was average/poor for most of that season despite the hype around him after the 1st few games. And last season was a write off for him.
He's no more than a decent player IMO. He will be 28 in few months, It's no surprise he's still playing at Newcastle at that age.
This will be one of the most pointless signings ever; we desperately need a quality DM and we are going to sign a midget that's no better than the ones already on our books.
I'm shocked someone who is against the signing of a top quality midfielder like Gundogan is in favour of signing Yohan fucking Cabaye.
I will be fuming if this one goes through.
