Terrible news on Giroud if true, but could be a blessing in disguise as surely it forces Wenger to spend. Unfortunately everyone also massively raises their prices now that we're desparate. It has to be unacceptable to end the window with Sanogo as the only out and out centre forward.

😆 you guys clearly don't know Wenger well enough. No injury will force him to spend.

He'll spend when he thinks the right player is available. Having to rely on Yaya Sanogo for three months is no problem for him, just watch.

Unbelievable.
He really must buy now, no two ways about it. Even if he has to spend crazy money, surely he should be able to understahd the meanning of: gamble everything on Giroud staying healthy > Giroud breaks down right at the start ? In a way he's lucky he still has 6 days.

If we end up not signing and Olly's really out for long, this would be one of the biggest failures. Shame, cos he's been doing a good job lately ( signings, etc.).

Seriously though, the way this season is going we're going to have to ban all black felines from entering the ground. We can't handle much more bad luck at the moment.

There was one in Barcelona the other night, walking around and cursing the pitch, and only minutes later Mascherano got sent off. It's probably on a flight to London right now, wearing a smart disguise so no one will spot it until it's too late.
