I think Wilshere needs to stop trying to be a player he isn't and play to his strengths. The media want him to be a goal scoring midfielder but he'll never be prolific from midfield IMO. Even when Ramsey wasn't in great form he'd always be getting into the right positions with good timing and he is a lot more mobile.
Jack plays too much with his heart at times and not with his head. Going into tackles he shouldn't, pressing alone when a simple pass will take him out of the game. I think his tactical awareness isn't up to scratch but that can be improved. Needs to get a bit leaner as well, he looked a lot more nimble when he was younger. Now his legs look twice the size
