We have scouts all over the place , dont we have anybody researching what other teams are doing to avoid having the problems we have every year? How hard can it be to see what we are doing wrong?

Yea they'll know the physios talk to each other. And there's specialists for different body parts.

Scout don't understand medicine and physio unfortunately.

Should have rephrased , didnt mean our player scouts should check. I meant we should have some resources or people allocated to research fitness techniques other clubs are using. Right now keeping out players fit is more important that scouting for new addditions.... chances are if we keep our squad fit enough we wont need to do much scouting trying to fit bit-part pieces into the team because we dont want to 'kill' our better players.

Such a beast, can't wait for him to come back. I just hope that Wenger doesn't do something stupid like rushing him back for City.

I thought we were fine without Ramsey for like the first month, but we're missing him more and more.

Wilshere did reasonably well in that CM role in January just after Ramsey got injured - I'm thinking in and around the games against Villa. But it's a big ask to replace Ramsey's performances in the first half of the season. We've obviously missed him. But also missed an outlet like Theo, and now maybe we're starting to think Ozil wasn't the shittest player ever to kick a ball for us. Missing all 3 doesn't give us much chance against quality opposition.

Wilshere gets huge criticism mostly when he played this year, he hasn't been as good as we would wish for. He definitely for me didn't do that well as a CM, but that is still hands down his best position.

We added Leinster's sports doctor last year. Hopefully he's noticed some things we can improve upon next year.

Wilshere was one of our best players this season. He wasn't particularly good centrally, and has never been a great CM any point in my opinion, but he made a big contribution in the final third. You keep players like Jack on the field even when they are inconsistent because they will make the difference during those vital few seconds when a game gets turned on its head.

What can a doctor do to prevent anything? He is there to treat the issues that occur.

Problem is on the training ground and pitch. This whole "red zone" thing sounds like a crock of shit when you see our muscular injury list.

Sports doctor not medical gp. He's an expert in sports injuries, treatments and recoveries. He knows plenty and works with the physios, fitness coaches ect.

Monreal should be the first one back in training because he is just starting to run in the next few days. After him, Ramsey is progressing well but we need to be patient for a few more weeks.

Ramsey back in training next Thursday according to Wenger

Wenger: "Ramsey will be the first back but we still need to be cautious. @JackWilshere needs more time"

That would give him a chance to be fit for the cup semi at least, fingers crossed we have no set back this time.
