Bobby's always been around - even when he went to Villareal he kept sending come and get me, I'm a gooner sort of messages. Came to train before his Villa spell, and been always around the club in general. Much easier for me to see him in some training position than it is most other names mentioned. Anyway - it doesn't look like he's here for small talk. I hope we have something for him. Second only to DB for me.

Partly, yes.

Seem to have some big personalities in there now as well, which will help; guys like Podolski and Cazorla obviously have an infectious enthusiasm and then you have the serious professionals like Arteta and Ramsey to balance it out.

According to physioroom everyone except Oxlade-Chamberlain could be back after the international break. I wonder how accurate that is.

If so, a rested Theo, Santi and Poldi will be a huge addition. Especially when many of our other players will be coming back tired from playing qualifiers.

Pires life in Highbury... In the actually stadium, can't think of a more fitting guy to be working here doing his badges.

You always see the club open doors for players to train and I think that is a really good thing, plus we are now getting an old crew about which bodes well. Keown coming back before coincided with our brilliant run in the CL so maybe we can get Sol working eventually with the lads to pass on the know how.

Might have something to do with it, but I think the players we've kept around the first XI in the past two seasons have been happier, more amiable sorts of guys.

We've brought in Arteta, Mertesacker, Cazorla, Podolski, Giroud and the like … all of these guys are happy characters without unusually precious egos.

At the same time we've jettisoned some record-breaking malcontents and ne'er-do-wells, so it's not surprising morale has been on the up.

Good that Rosicky & Arteta are back, our middle three need to be rotated before they burn out. I think Wilshere in particular because he is more prone to injuries than the other two.

I'd be tempted to stick Rozza in for Jack on the left for Napoli, about 60 minutes. Have Wilshere nice and rested for West Brom.

Neither's ideal against a counter attacking side - but I'd favor Rosicky out wide too.
