i liked our defending in that half, though i did tune in after we scored.

I feel for our fullbacks sometimes.. they get into space in good positions to cross ( as bad as our crossing maybe sometimes ) but there is no one with the urge to get in the box.. what a waste of time for Sagna and Gibbs, with only one to pick out most of the time no wonder the crosses always look poor.

He's basically spent the whole half on his arse. City are fouling him every time the ball comes near.
Think we've been too narrow to be adventurous; Podolski is deep and Chamberlain is playing almost next to Arteta most of the time. Need to open the pitch up.
Mertesacker has been poor and Arteta as well. Wilshere decent but making the wrong decisions on when to play it simple and when to play expansive. Kos is terrific, Ramsey top notch and Oxpot looks lively and full of zip.
