Interesting little video from Thierry on what kids coming up should be working on. Gives you a good insight into what made him that player he was. I agree with alot of wht he says, especially about Pires and dribbling in general - step overs are for show, it's all about unbalancing the defender - and Pires did that as good as anyone I've seen. Don't agree with Thierry that mastering finishing only one way is a good idea, you've got to master a number of ways to be a truly great goalscorer.
Still, really glad that our talented youth players are getting the benefit of his intelligence and experience every day in training.
