Nelson turned 18 just six weeks ago. He will play for Arsenal without question. He's a top class player in the making.
Hard to say with the others for numerous different reasons, but mainly it depends on where we want to go as a club. If Iwobi can break through and become a proper first team player then Bielik, Sheaf, Dasilva, Willock, Reine-Adelaide, Nketiah, and beyond then the younger guys, all have a chance because the talent is there. Maitland-Niles is a different kettle of fish as he's got he's foot well in the door already and we won't know until he gets his chance at CM.
Wenger mentioned all of those guys above in his programme notes for the Chelsea game. He said they have a good chance of making it and the club need to give them chances to avoid losing them.
Most of them above featured in a 5-2 thrashing of Bayern Munich's U23 side the other night. It's a Europe wide U23 tournament called the 'Premier League international Cup'. Reading and Porto are the other teams in Arsenal group. Highlights:

And Arsenal have also confirmed today that Ben Sheaf has gone out on loan to League 2 Stevenage.

A League 2 club is a bit disappointing but if they've promised regular game time, perhaps even in the CB role we've been playing him in, then it'll be very good for him.
