In 2000 the Galatasaray supporters first stabbed and killed 2 Leeds supporters. The month after when Arsenal played them in the cup final in Copenhagen they relentlessly did everything they could to pick fights with Arsenal supporters who were just there for the match.
Sure, there were certainly English 'fans' there trying to retaliate for what had happened the month before, but a lot of Galatasaray supporters went out of their way trying to pick fights with Arsenal fans. I know, I was there.
It is one thing to have to play them if we have to, but to INVITE them?! Fuck no! You think Gazidis, Kroenke, Friar et all have a clue? Certainly not. They only seem interested in filling the stadium. By inviting Galatasaray they know there are enough Turks in London to make sure the stadium is filled. Seems to be all there is to it.
